Cancel/Returns Policy

www.wellosip.com OR “Well O Sip®” does not entertain returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is successful. Customers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term.

www.wellosip.com or “Well O Sip®” will accept exchange of the beverages purchased through the website https://wellosip.com, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:

  1. Most of the beverage’s premix are made to order hence we request you to think well before placing the order. However, if you make a wrong order, you may cancel the order and rebook the correct beverage within an hour without any additional cost. The refund is not possible if either of the situation arises / whichever is earlier:

    a. if the beverage premix is prepared based on your order (or)

    b. your cancellation has happened after an hour from the time of placing the order.

  2. Refunding an order result in the payment being sent back to the customer. If it is a utilization of Gift coupon, the payment will go back to the Gift coupon.

  3. On cancellation, you will get the confirmation mail that we have accepted your cancellation and the refund will be made within 10 working days (only for Debit, credit card and net banking payments). On any situation, cash will not be transacted.
  4. If you cancel the order which is placed through the discount coupon or some offer then by cancelling the order, the customer is assumed that he is not availing the offer. Hence, he / she may not get the entitlement to avail the offer. The actual paid money will be refunded subject to clause ‘1’ as mentioned above.
  5. If the order is placed on using the discount coupon or on some offer the amount originally paid by the customer only will be refunded
  6. A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, then they need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
  7. A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to the customer.
  8. As we are using the third-party platform, in addition to the above their return and refund policy will also apply.
  9. Delivery and Shipping policy along with logistic partner details and TAT (Turn Around Time)
